Today we are able to provide 24-hour turnaround for mission critical data via our FTP site. Customers can transmit data to our FTP site in the morning, the data can be processed to either microfiche or CD and returned to the customer the same day locally or the following morning anywhere in the country. Our commitment to technology including the web delivery of information has allowed us to maintain and in some cases improve our customer service levels.
